Fairly clean place with very amiable staff and magnificent view on the lake. A decent size and stocked room, comfortable bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention excellent wifi! ...  

The location was good and amazing as for me, close to the downtown area, the centre and Fort William and the surrounding area. The staff were amiable, no complains at all.

The breakfast food including cereals and fresh fruit was delightful. The staff was lovely friendly and check in was easy. The location was fantastic, on the banks of the loch, it's a plus.

Fairly clean place with exceptionally nice staff and outstanding view on the lake. Fantastic location on the hills, in the central area. And a 10-minute walk from Fort William War Memorial.

During my visit to Scotland, I stayed at a delightful hotel by the shore where I could look out at the beautiful loch. The location was perfect for catching the train to Mallaig, and it was only a short walk to the town center where I found excellent restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and modern, with a clean, comfortable bathroom, and the service was excellent. The breakfast menu offered many delicious options that were included in the price of my stay. there was ample parking and lovely views of the surrounding area.

The hotel lacked some of the amenities I was hoping for, such as a gym or swimming pool.

Warm and welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable room, great location on the water, free snacks provided, would definitely return.

The staff members here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location is amazing, with beautiful views and close to a museum and a loch.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The location adjacent to the garden was beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the sitting area where we could relax and enjoy the view. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were also a nice touch. We highly recommend this place to everyone!
